APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION AS RESIDENT AGENT

Further to Insurance Memorandum Circular No. 1-91, regarding application for renewal of certificate of registration of resident agents, the following terms used in the application shall mean: 1. Gross Premium Ceded. The gross premium ceded by the ceding company;

2. Ceding Company for the purpose of this Circular. The company that cedes the premiums which may be an insurance company or reinsurance broker.

Attached is a copy of the revised application form for registration as resident agent and for renewal thereof.
