ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF BANK OF SOUTHEAST ASIA SAVINGS AND MORTGAGE BANK

This is to inform all concerned that the Monetary Board, in its Resolution Nos. 84 and 243 dated January 29, 1993 and March 26, 1993, respectively, authorized the establishment and operation of Bank of Southeast Asia Savings and Mortgage Bank, a thrift bank.

The Certificate of Authority to Operate was signed/issued by the Governor on August 18, 1993.
