NON-ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW / RENEWAL ACCREDITATION OF MANUFACTURERS/ASSEMBLERS/IMPORTERS/ DEALERS (MAIDS)

As discussed and agreed during the recently concluded 4 th Quarter Regional Director’s Conference last 25-26 November 2013, all officials, officers and concerned employees are hereby directed not to accept all applications for new/renewal accreditation of manufacturers/assemblers/importers/dealers nationwide pending the review of the existing policies and guidelines on the accreditation of MAIDs. Resumption of the acceptance and processing of applications for new or renewal of accreditation of MAIDs will be advised as soon as the revised policies and guidelines are hereby set forth.

All memoranda, circulars and orders inconsistent hereto are hereby deemed superseded.

This Memorandum shall take effect immediately.
