DECLARING SATURDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN T HE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on 23 November 2024, Saturday, the Province of Benguet will mark the celebration of its 124 th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Porvince of Benguet be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 23 November 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
