DECLARING MONDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, on 12 November 2018, a Monday, the City of Valenzuela will mark the celebration of its 395 th founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 12 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
