DECLARING THURSDAY, 19 MAY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, on 19 May 2022, Thursday, the City of Butuan will mark the celebration of the Balangay Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 19 May 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
