AN ACT TO ADVANCE THE OPENING OF THE SECOND REGULAR SESSION OF THE PHILIPPINE LEGISLATURE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same :

SECTION 1. Any provision of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding, the Second Regular Session of the Philippine Legislature shall begin on Monday, June twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and thirty-five.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
