SUSPENSION OF ACCEPTANCE, PROCESSING, HEARING AND RELEASING OF CPC'S INVOLVING PUJ'S FOR THE ROUTE ORTIGAS COMPLEX TO ROBINSON'S GALLERIA AND EDSA7SHAW TO ORTIGAS COMPLEX

In view of the franchise violations committed by PUJ's in the above routes as reported to the Board by the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) which, if not addressed first, may cause congestion and traffic problems in the area, effective immediately, the acceptance of applications, processing, hearing and releasing of PUJ CPC's in the above route are hereby suspended until further orders from the Board.
