DECLARING THURSDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 29 September 2022, Thursday, the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of its 272 nd Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Rafael be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 29 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
