DECLARING SATURDAY, 15 AUGUST 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIGA, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, on 15 August 2026, Saturday, the Municipality of Viga, Province of Catanduanes will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Viga;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Viga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 15 August 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Viga, Province of Catanduanes.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
