ADOPTING THE PROPOSED FEES AND CHARGES FOR ILOILO FISH PORT COMPLEX

WHEREAS, after the conduct of consultation meetings with the private sector, IFPC management proposed the adoption of vehicle pass system rates, parking fee for three-wheeler vehicles, and new market rates to generate more revenues and systematize operations within the complex;

WHEREAS, in a memorandum dated 23 September 1999, the Assistant General Manager favorably endorsed the recommendation of the Operations Management Department for the approval of the said IFPC fees and charges;

WHEREAS, the Executive Committee considers this recommendation reasonable and acceptable under the circumstances.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved upon motion duly seconded that this body approve and confirm as it is hereby approves and confirms the following fees and charges at the Iloilo Fish Port Complex;
