BLACKLISTING/SUSPENSION OF MAGFER CONSTRUCTION

For its failure to fully and faithfully comply with its contractual obligations, without valid cause, for the construction of Contract Package XIV, Road Nos. 26/34, 28, 30, Sabangan, Sagada Road, Mountain Province, Highland Agriculture Development Project (HADP) and as result of which its contract was ordered rescinded, Magfer Construction and its proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted for a period of one (1) year from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies.

All concerned are also ordered not to release any sum of money to Magfer Construction unless and until all obligations to the government arising from the forfeiture of the above-mentioned contract is fully and finally settled as confirmed by the HADP implementing office.
