CONFERRING JURISDICTION ON THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE OF ILOILO TO TRY CRIMES COMMITTED IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE
By virtue of the authority vested in me under the Constitution and laws of the Philippines, the Court of First Instance of Iloilo is hereby conferred jurisdiction to try crimes committed in the province of Masbate.
Done in the Field, this 26th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-two, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the seventh.
