AN ACT AMENDING ACT NUMBERED ELEVEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY, AS AMENDED BY ACTS NUMBERED EIGHTEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-SEVEN AND NINETEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-THREE, LIMITING THE SALE OF LANDS COMMONLY KNOWN AS "FRIAR LANDS," TO SIXTEEN HECTARES IN THE CASE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL AND ONE THOUSAND AND TWENTY-FOUR HECTARES IN THE CASE OF EACH CORPORATION.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:

SECTION 1. Section nine of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and twenty, as amended by Acts Numbered Eighteen hundred and forty-seven and Nineteen hundred and thirty-three, is hereby further amended by adding at the end thereof the following proviso:

" Provided, however , That the sale made to an limitation on sales. Amended shall not exceed sixteen hectares and to a corporation shall not exceed one thousand and twenty-four hectares." Enacted, February 28, 1914.
