DECLARING MONDAY, 03 APRIL 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALANGIGA, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 03 April 2023, Monday, the Municipality of Balangiga, Province of Eastern Samar will mark the celebration of its 169 th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Balangiga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 03 April 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Balangiga, Province of Eastern Samar.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
