DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 06 MARCH 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUTALAC, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 06 March 2024, Wednesday, the Municipality of Gutalac, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of its 45 th Araw ng Gutalac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gutalac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 06 March 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gutalac, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
