DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 20, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS , Monday, January 20, 2003, the City of Lipa celebrates its city fiesta in honor of its patron saint St. Sebastian;

WHEREAS , it is fitting that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO , do hereby declare Monday, January 20, 2003 as a special day in the City of Lipa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
