NON-RISK ASSETS

Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 118 dated 23 January 1998, Subsection 1116.4.a (Book I), Subsection 2116.4.a (Book II), Subsection 3116.2.a (Book III) and Section 4116Q (Book IV) of the Manual of Regulations for Banks and Other Financial Intermediaries are hereby amended by adding among non-risk assets the following:

"Loans of exporters to the extent guaranteed by the Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises and by the Small Business Guarantee and Finance Corporation which are not past due."

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
