[ PROCLAMATION NO. 185, December 17, 1963 ]

DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 31, 1963, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY

WHEREAS, the thirty-first day, Tuesday, of December 1963, may be declared a special public holiday without prejudice to the public interests;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby proclaim Tuesday, December 31, 1963, S3 a special public holiday.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 17th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-three.
