AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 260 ENTITLED “ADJUSTING THE DIVIDEND RATES OF SELECTED GOVERNMENT OWNED AND/OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS ON THEIR 1994 EARNINGS PURSUANT TO SECTION 5 OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7656"

I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Section 1 of Executive Order No. 260 dated July 14, 1995 entitled “Adjusting the Dividend Rates of Selected Government Owned and/or Controlled Corporates on their 1994 Earnings Pursuant to Section 5 of Republic Act No. 7656” by adjusting the divident rate of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System from thirty percent (30%) to twenty percent (20%).

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
