DECLARING MONDAY, 23 MAY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALABON

WHEREAS, the City of Malabon will mark the celebration of its 424 th Founding Anniversary on 21 May 2023;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Malabon to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 22 May 2023, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 21 May 2023 which falls on a Sunday; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malabon be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 22 Mat 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Malabon.
