OPENING THE PORT OF TOLEDO CITY, AS A SUBPORT OF ENTRY WITHIN THE COLLECTION DISTRICT OF THE PORT OF CEBU.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 702 of Republic Act No. 1937, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, the Port of Toledo City, is hereby created, opened and established as a subport of entry within the collection district of the Port of Cebu. Done in the City of Manila, this 18th day of August in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-five.
