ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 16-99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. CESAR R. CINCO , Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 19, Catarman, Northern Samar is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 29, Catbalogan, Samar in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.
