VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR PART-CATEGORIES 670-L & 670-O
Please be advised that in view of the amendment of export visa requirements for certain man-made fiber textile products produced in the Philippines, a visa for products in part-categories 670-O and 670-L is required for shipments exported from the Philippines on or after 1 June 1992. US Customs shall permit entry of goods produced in the Philippines & exported from the Philippines during the period 1 June 1992 through 30 June 1992, which are visaed ad 670, 670-L & 670-O. Goods exported on & after 1 July 1992 must be visaed as 670-L or 670-O; otherwise, the same shall be denied entry until a new visa or replacement visa is obtained. All exporters, therefore, are required to indicate the proper classification in the EA/TEC/Visa applications in compliance with the requirement.
