NEW RENTAL RATES FOR FORKLIFTS AT PMO CAGAYAN DE ORO

In order to further rationalize the rental rates and use of the PPA owned equipment in PMO Cagayan de Oro, the following interim rental rates for forklifts are hereby prescribed:

1. 25 Tonner Toploader

Regular Time P580.47/Hour Overtime 587.39/Hour

2. 15 Tonner Forklift

Regular Time P363.30/Hour Overtime 360.21/Hour

3. 3 Tonner Forklift

Regular Time P151.13/Hour Overtime 158.03/Hour

The above rates are inclusive of operator, fuel and oil and repairs and maintenance cost which shall be shouldered by the Authority.

These rates will be good only for a period of six months. During such period, PMO Cagayan de Oro shall conduct a study on the feasibility of leasing the subject equipment to a private sector, on a long term basis, who will act as lessor to future lessees.

The private company lessor shall give priority to the present cargo handling operators (i.e. INPORT and CASCO) at the Cagayan de Oro port ).

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
