DELETION OF REGULATIONS ON PRETERMINATION OF TIME DEPOSITS SUBSTITUTES

Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 63 dated January 24, 1990, the following regulations on pretermination of time deposits substitutes are hereby deleted from the Manual of Regulations for Banks and Other Financial Intermediaries:

1. Book I - Subsection 1244.3

- Subsection 1285.3

2. Book II - Subsection 2244.3

- Subsection 2285.3

3. Book III - Subsection 3244.4

4. Book IV - Section 4285Q.b.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
