DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS, DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 8, 2005, marks the 5th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Digos, Davao del Sur;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, September 8, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Digos, Davao del Sur.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
