AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS OF PIÑA SANTOL TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Piña Santol Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, (PSTODA), Inc., to read as follows:

"PIÑA SANTOL TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (PSTODA)

Loading and Unloading Areas

Mangga Avenue corner Pina Avenue

Sociego Street corner Santol Street

Escoda Street corner Santol Street

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on January 21, 2016.
