ANTI-DUMPING DECISION
Attached is the Decision * promulgated on December 17, 1998 by the Special Committee On Anti-Dumping Chaired by the Honorable Secretary of Finance, in Anti-Dumping Case, No. 1-99, entitled "IN THE MATTER OF PROTEST AGAINST THE IMPORTATION OF SODIUM TRIPOLYPHOSPHATE (STPP) FROM PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA" filed by Chemphil Albright and Wilson Corporation, the dispositive portion of which reads:
"In view of the foregoing, the elements constituting dumping duties has been established, it is hereby ordered that the dumping duties as recommended by the Tariff Commission be imposed on the protested articles." For your information and guidance.
