RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF STA. BRIGIDA, MUNICIPALITY OF MANSALAY, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Bureau of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the barrio of Sta. Brigida, municipality of Mansalay, province of Oriental Mindoro, island of Mindoro, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (as shown on plan Psu-159931, L. R. C. Record No. ——-), situated in the barrio of Sta. Brigida, municipality of Mansalay, province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-3 by National Highway; along line 3-5 by property of Ceferino Panopio; along line 5-6 by property of Modesto Panopio; along line 6-7 by Baroc River; and along line 7-1 by property of Fe Panopio. Beginning at a point marked 1 On plan, being No. 36° 50′ W., 2521.89 meters from B.L.B.M. 1, barrio of Masig, municipality of Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro, Through H-43704, thence S. 9° 09′ E., 101.66 meters to point 2; thence S. 9° 09′ E., 2.40 meters to point 3; thence S. 70″ 56′ W, 32.02 meters to point 4; thence S. 60° 34′ W., 92.72 meters to point 5; thence S. 68° 06′ W., 119.16 meters to point 6; thence N. 13° 01′ E., 196.30 meters to point 7; and thence N. 78° 38′ E., 154.47 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 24,762 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1, 2, 6 and 7 by P.L.S. Cyl. conc. monuments; and the rest by Old corners. Bearings true, date of survey, February 1, 1957 and that of the approval, September 5. 1957.
