AN ORDINANCE REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX PESOS (PHP. 7,690,836.00), IN SALARY SAVINGS FROM UNFILLED POSITIONS IN THE UNIVERSIDAD DE MANILA FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY TO DECEMBER 2014, UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 8329, TO COVER THE PAYMENT OF ENTRANCE EXAMINATION MATERIALS, GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING TEST MATERIALS AND PART-TIME FACULTY MEMBERS, COVERING THE PERIOD OF JANUARY TO MARCH 2014, JUNE TO OCTOBER 2014 AND NOVEMBER TO DECEMBER 2014

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Seven Million Six Hundred Ninety Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos (PhP. 7,690,836.00), in Salary Savings from unfilled positions in the Universidad de Manila for the period of January to December 2014, under Ordinance No. 8329, shall be realigned and appropriated to cover the payment of entrance examination materials, guidance and counseling test materials and part-time faculty members, covering the period of January to March 2014, June to October 2014 and November to December 2014:
