[ SRA CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 38, June 23, 1997 ]

APPLICATION FOR CY 1997-98 MILLING/REFINING LICENSE

For the CY 1997-98, all Sugar Mill/Refinery Companies are hereby directed to submit the following:

a. Application for the issuance of a license to manufacture or refine centrifugal sugar subject to the conditions set under SRA Sugar Order No. 8, dated July 23, 1992 and SRA Sugar Order No. 4, dated September 17, 1992 see attached APPLICATIONS FOR A MILLING OR REFINING LICENSE, in triplicate;

b. Accomplishment of the attached Milling or Refining License Questionnaire.

Above (a) and (b) shall be submitted 30 days prior to the commencement of the Crop Year 1997-98;

c. Accomplishment of the CY 1997-98 Crop Estimate for Sugar Mill Companies only.
