AMENDMENT OF ITEM NO. 4, MC NO. 93-173

In order not to unduly burden our clients in the authentication of the primary documents which were allegedly issued to them by the Registration Section, LTO, Central Office, Item No. 4 of MC No. 93-173 dated 12 April 1993, is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Renewal registration of scrap motor vehicles registered from 01 June 1991 shall be accepted in the district office where it was originally registered. The head of the district office shall no longer require the authentication of the primary documents, but it is his responsibility to see to it that all documentary requirements in his possession are authentic and complete.”

All provisions of MC No. 93-173 are still valid and in force.
