[ PROCLAMATION NO. 482, February 22, 2024 ]

DECLARING SATURDAY, 24 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 24 February 2024, Saturday, the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay will mark the celebration of its 23 rd Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 24 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
