REVISED MANUAL OF REGULATIONS FOR NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS - PAWNSHOPS

The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 648 dated 30 April 2009, approved the attached revised Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions - Pawnshops (MORNBFI-P) [*] .

This Circular and the attached MORNBFI-P shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or in newspaper of general circulation.
