IMPORTED AIRLINE TICKETS

The Board resolved, to ADOPT, as it hereby adopts Letter of Instruction No. 1479 issued on September 11, 1985 directing all Airline Companies operating TO/FROM or through the Philippines including off-line carriers with sales offices and of General Sales Agents in the Philippines, not to use for international air transportation imported tickets by passengers originating in the Philippines.

Violation of such prohibition will constitute sufficient cause for the imposition for the imposition of the proper penalty in accordance with law, including the suspension or cancellation of the permits issued against such airlines and General Sales Agents.
