DECLARING MONDAY, 01 APRIL 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its 18 th Founding Anniversary on 31 March 2019;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Panabo to celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Panabo requested that Monday, 01 April 2019 be declared a special (non-working) day in lieu of 31 March 2019, which falls on a Sunday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Panabo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 01 April 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo Province of Davao del Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
