TO: The Secretary, Department of Local Government and Community Development The Secretary, Department of Public Works and Transportation and Communications Director General, National Economic and Development Authority Chairman, Philippine National Oil Company Chairman, Oil Industry Commission

For reasons of national policy, it is essential that the fuel price support for certain designated transport and other industries be continued. Accordingly, the effectivity of Letter of Instruction No. 280 as extended by Letters of Instruction Nos. 306 and 327 is hereby further extended for another period of three (3) months beginning January 1, 1976 and ending March 31, 1976.
