DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO REGIONAL OFFICES

Pursuant to the decentralization of fiscal management, the following function, which is being discharged by the Management Division of this Office, is hereby delegated to the Regional Offices.

Processing of requests for reclassification, upgrading, and conversion of positions and other related matters.

It is understood, however, that the Secretary is not precluded to review, revise or set aside any such action/recommendation when necessary.
