DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 25 JULY 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAPITAN

WHEREAS, the City of Dapitan will mark the celebration of the Kinabayo Festival on 25 July 2018, a Wednesday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dapitan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 25 July 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dapitan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
