UNACCOUNTABLE FORMS DOWNLOADED AT THE LTO WEBSITE

There are complaints received by this Office that there are district offices which do not accept forms downloaded at the LTO Website i.e. Application for Driver’s License (ADL), Motor Vehicle Inspection Receipt (MVIR), etc. The reason why these forms were provided in the website is to help LTO clienteles acquire forms needed for their applications.

In this connection, you are hereby directed to acknowledge and receive the forms downloaded from the web site.
