CMO 11-94 CONTAINING CLARIFICATORY GUIDELINES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CAO 1-94

It has come to the attention of the Office of the Commissioner that the guidelines clarified under CMO 11-94 to implement CAO 1-94 are not being followed in the filing of an informal entry for consolidated shipment, in particular, the collection of the charges of P53.00 for each individual consignee in a given consolidated shipment.

In this connection, it is directed that the charges to be imposed on each individual consignee in a consolidated shipment shall be collected plus the fee of P250.00 for each informal entry filed. Violation of this directive shall be dealt with accordingly.

Strict compliance is enjoined.
