DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on 23 November 2021, Tuesday, the Province of Benguet will mark the celebration of its 121st Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 November 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
