AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION FOUR OF ACT NUMBERED THREE THOUSAND AND SIXTY-FIVE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same: SECTION 1. Section four of Act Numbered Three thousand and sixty-five is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 4. The tax established by this Act shall be in force and effect and be collected only upon business transacted from the date of the approval of this Act until December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and twenty-five."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
