FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 9-4-94A

To strictly implement the Amateur Radio Regulations thereby encouraging further the application of amateur principles in the country, Memorandum Circular 9-4-94A is hereby amended whereby the required proof of involvement in amateur radio activities before the renewal of any Amateur License and the required proof of attendance to an orientation seminar before taking amateur class "C" and/or "D" examination, shall be endorsed by an NTC accredited Amateur Radio Club.

This Circular shall take effect upon approval and it supersedes any order, circular, or instruction or part thereof which is inconsistent herewith.
