AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE SALARIES OF THE PROVINCIAL OFFICERS OF THE PROVINCES OF BATANES, CAMARINES NORTE, MARINDUQUE, MASBATE. MINDORO, AND PALAWAN

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. The Secretary of the Interior shall for every period of five consecutive years order an adjustment made t of the salaries of the provincial officers of the Provinces of Batanes, Camarines Norte, Marinduque, Masbate, Mindoro, and Palawan, on the basis of the rules established in Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and twenty-nine of the Philippine Legislature.

SEC. 2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
