COLLECTION OF COMPUTER FEES

Upon successful completion of the functional and operational testing, Certificate of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the Automated Driver’s License Examination System (ADLES) module of Driver’s Licensing System (DLS) was issued to the following LTO sites:

Zamboanga Licensing Center, Region IX Quezon Licensing Center, Region IV-A Dumaguete Licensing Center, Region VII Tagaytay Extension Office, Region IV-A Zambales Licensing Center, Region III Kidapawan District Office, Region XII Tacurong District Office, Region XII Binangonan Extension Office Region IV-A Gumaca District Office, Region IV-A Tacloban Licensing Center, Region VIII San Fernando Licensing Center, Region I

Accordingly, pursuant to the LTO Information Technology Project Build-Own-Operate Agreement of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plan, you are hereby directed to commence the collection of the below specified computer fee for DLS module applicable to your respective site as follows:

All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after publication in three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
