DECLARING MONDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. NIÑO, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sto. Niño, Province of South Cotabato will celebrate its 44th Founding Anniversary and the 25th Hinublag Festival on Monday, 23 December 2024;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sto. Niño be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 23 December 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sto. Niño, Province of South Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
