PROCLAMATION NO. 511 DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 10, 2004, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS , Saturday, January 10, 2004, marks the 64th Foundation Day Anniversary of the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato;

WHEREAS , it is fitting that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Saturday, January 10, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.
