FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF DECS ORDER NO. 1, S. 1999 (TRANSFER OF ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY OVER ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS TO THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE FROM THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON)

1. After prior consultation with the Regional Directors concerned, DECS Order No. 13, s. 1999 entitled: Deferment of the Implementation of DECS Order No. 1, s. 1999 (Transfer of Administrative Authority Over Elementary and Secondary Schools to the Province of Camarines Norte from the Province of Quezon), is hereby directed to be fully implemented.

2. The transfer of administrative authority and supervision also includes funds, property and records of the personnel often (10) schools (8 elementary schools and 2 secondary schools) enumerated in DECS Order No. 1, s. 1999.

3. Relatively, DECS Regional Office IV shall submit a report of said transfer to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) thru this Office.

4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is desired.
